The facility uses advanced MR933+ Reflow Soldering Systems featuring nine heating zones, three cooling zones, centre board support and Datapaq thermal profiling — ensuring consistent and reliable solder joints across every build.

Frontline's testing capability spans flying-probe testers for prototypes and low-to-medium volume, JET 3000 and TRI Tiny ICT with TestJet technology for production volumes, plus advanced LabVIEW-based functional test setups verifying complete product functionality before dispatch.
