Frontline's flagship manufacturing facility.

The Pune facility is Frontline's largest and most comprehensive plant, integrating SMT production, soldering, wave soldering, rework, component preparation, wire harness production and advanced quality & testing systems. Operates with a workforce of approximately 225–250 employees, including 150–175 skilled operators, with multi-shift manufacturing capability.

One of the most modern SMT facilities among mid-sized EMS companies in India.

The Bengaluru plant features state-of-the-art SMT manufacturing capability — automatic PCB loading, advanced stencil printers, 3D solder paste inspection, high-speed pick-and-place machines, nitrogen reflow ovens and inline AOI inspection systems.

Strategic North India presence with full SMT and through-hole capability.

Located in Manesar (NCR), the plant supports SMT assembly, reflow soldering, PCB depaneling, solder paste handling systems, dry storage systems, reflow profiling, wave soldering, cleaning systems, stores and supporting infrastructure.
